Grant Goodstein is the Founder and Managing Director of Pearly Whites, working alongside his wife Dr. Lia to shape a dental practice centred around exceptional service and innovation.
Originally from California, Grant’s career spans San Francisco, Los Angeles, and London, where he held senior roles at global technology companies including Twitter. His background is rooted in building high-performing teams and creating outstanding customer experiences, skills he now brings into healthcare.
Grant’s role focuses on ensuring that every part of the patient journey is seamless, modern, and stress-free. From online booking and paperless check-ins to the integration of advanced digital dentistry tools, his aim is to make every interaction feel intuitive and welcoming. He also led the creation of the Pearly Whites in-house membership plan, designed to make preventative care simple, accessible, and rewarding.
Outside of the practice, Grant is passionate about sport and travel. He can often be found supporting the LA Dodgers, the University of Michigan Wolverines, and Tottenham Hotspur, while continuing to explore the world with Dr. Lia.
